Great location but after this trip I will not stay here again. I had 2 issues while staying here. At 7:30am they conducted fire alarm testing. There were multiple announcements from the Fire, life and Safety director. I counted at least 7 times. I cannot fathom why you would do that at 7:30 in the morning without any notice. It was extremely loud and no the appropriate time. Also the air conditioner stopped working one night. The room got so warm my friend threw up. We notified the front desk and just got an “I’m sorry”. Отель нам не понравился, цена слишком завышенная, завтрак не входил в стоимость проживания. Номер был очень маленький, темный, окна выходили на другое здание, шумел наружный кондиционер. В номерах нет тапочек, халата. Полотенца старые. Расположение отеля очень удобное, отель находится в районе Koreantown, недалеко от основных достопримечательностей

Couldn’t wait to get out of the hotel. NYC was great though. Front end staff was extremely rude. Hotel should consider employing individuals who understand what it takes to work in service. Location was good. Everything else was subpar to very disappointing.

Very Poor Asking for a real taxi cab for the airport and being given a limo because it s friend or family... +40% price gap. Scam. Just for that it s a 2 for dishonesty Pretty much everything.
