Les photos étaient vendeuses, dommage. l'extérieur ne reflète pas du tout ce qui vous attend en entrent dans l'hôtel, atmosphère glaciale, arrive a 1heure du matin on me facture en quartes foies, donc 4 transactions pour deux nuits, 20 minutes pour récupérer le Pass, toujours pas compris pourquoi? pas de petit déjeuner, une machine a glaçons devant la porte de ma chambre ou forcement des gens ont besoin de glaçons en pleine nuit 2h30 réveillé par ce bruit infernal de la glace qui tombe dans un récipient métallique, rebelotte... read more
Disappointing When I wanted to check in to the hotel, the receptionist told me I had to pay a 50$ deposit. I was not informed about the deposit when I booked the room. It has been two days since I checked out, and the deposit did not go back into my bank account. That is very inconvenient!
Worst hotel in Manhattan. The rooms stinks, staff was not nice, no facility was there, no gym , no computer room ... I did book for 3 days but moved out the 2nd day. Don't book it ... Terrible, go to DoubleTree by Hilton, much better almost at same price. Nothing
Fair I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels before so I found it really odd that this hotel didn’t have any mini fridges in the room but rather an ice machine. That felt a little outdated and it sucked that our room didn’t have the bucket in it. We also didn’t have a hair dryer and I checked around the whole room for both of these things. No recomendable El trato del personal, nada amables, te dejan esperando mientras contestan llamadas telefónicas, no usan mascarillas a pesar de tener le indicación de usarlas. El mobiliario de las habitaciones antiguo, descuidado, las luces algunas malogradas , el aire acondicionado hace un ruido terrible No tienen servicio de custodia de maleta y por retirar nuestras maletas una hora más tarde de la hora de check out nos cobraron 50 dólares…..sin decírnoslo!!!! Poor The place wasn’t clean at all
Poor A pesar de tener el aviso de uso de mascarilla obligatoria para el personal, este no la usaba. No nos limpiaron la habitación durante el tiempo que estuvimos. No daban el servicio de guardar las maletas, que es algo que uno presupone que te brindará el hotel y no te advierten que no lo dan y tampoco te informan adecuadamente donde puede uno tener ese servicio. La fachada no se parece en nada a la fotografía que exhiben. La ubicación es muy céntrica. La cama era confortable.
Bad It smelled like smoke all day and night because of the location and at times it became hard to breathe and it felt suffocating and you're not supposed to open the windows. The lights were broken and kept flickering and turning up and down on their own. The walls were dirty. The gym they have is not available for use. The tv barley works and goes between playing shows and complete fuzz. You can't connect things like Netflix and Hulu to the TV. The wifi didn't work often.
