We got robbed. The front desk ignored it. We got robbed. When we left the room someone stole a pair of gold earings from my wife. The staff just ignored it.. it seems that is normal to them. We were very disapointed. Everyone that we talked to, said that they didnt know anything about it. We left our e-mails and contact number and never got an answer. The room was ok. The location was good. There is free coffee on the basement until 11am.

物価の高いニューヨークで比較的コスパが良く多少気になる点もあったがまずますかな、という感じ。 部屋の電話が壊れていて部屋からフロントへの連絡が出来なかった。 申し出たら、部屋を変えると言われたが面倒だったのでそのままの部屋で過ごした。 また、エアコンの音が大変うるさい上にとてもカビ臭くほとんど使えなかった。 道路側に面していて、道路上にバーがあり、明け方まで大音量でディスコ音楽などがかけられていて非常にやかましくて寝られなかった 連泊したのだがベッドメイクや清掃、タオル替えも言わなくても毎回してくれた。 スタッフも丁寧で感じ良かった。 部屋の感じも落ち着いておしゃれで可愛く趣味に合った。ベッドも広く寝心地が良く快適だった。 コリアンタウンの近くだったので比較的リーズナブルな食事ができたり、アジアンショップがあり、食料が調達できて便利だった

Be careful with this location in Koreatown! The location of the hotel is not what it seems like. We wanted a quiet hotel further away from the crowds of Time Square, however this hotel is situated in the heart of Koreatown, a very busy and crowded street, day and night. In the weekends, Friday Saturday AND Sunday, there are street parties in the evening with loud amplified music until 2.15am! Although we were on the 12th floor we still could not sleep until 2.15am. It was an awful experience and my daughters and I feel very violated from a place we stayed & truste The second room we had was very quiet and nice. I purchased a Gucci handbag and the next day we left early in the morning. I removed my handbag from the bag, boxes and linen cloth bags to use for the day. There was a metal chain that I left in the box in the linen bag. All items of my Gucci bags, boxes, linen bags, metal chain strap and receipt with all of my personal information on it were gone upon our return that evening. ... read more

Cosi cosi La stanza al 3 piano era angusta. La doccia scomoda senza doccino. La pulizia non il massimo e c 'era sempre uno strano odore, probabilmente dovuto alla moquette. Dato il prezzo (per carità in linea con new york) mi aspettavo di meglio. La posizione e la cortesia dello staff
