Very Poor Could not check in til almost 2 hours past check in was supposed to be for 3pm didn't get in til 4:49pm, along with at least 20 other guest, no explanation just rooms not ready no manager addressed us or apologized for inconvenience. Location

Very Poor Did not enjoy stay here. There was a leak in the room, and visible repairs that were needed. NA
This place is a dump. Do not get confused with the 8.2 rating. Room, smell of the room, requested early check in and others were let into their room before I was, temp. of room did not work. breakfast was awful. I liked the coffee shop next door. Walked to MSG. That is about it.
