The quality of the room was not as expected. I booked a suite that included a king size bed and sleep sofa

Poor water pressure, no soap and the bathroom needed upgrade.

The room was booked for the wrong day. Then the front desk person was rude and axted like we were bothering him . Then tgen there were so many fees. We get in the room and the room isnt clean the sheets and beding were dirty tge tv stand was leaning the shower head was about to fall off then there was only one towl and wash cloth for 3 people and tge water water didnt get hot

Airport shuttle took a while for pick up. The Breakfast options were limited, eggs were cold on day one. Pork sausage offered both days, no other choice example Turkey sausage or turkey bacon. The elevator was very old looking in need of repair.

First room was uncomfortable. Knobs missing on bathroom door. Second room was nice. Big difference. Breakfast was just okay. My biggest complaint was that they charged us $75 a night deposit and still haven’t refunded it. I’ve asked multiple times and nothing. Most hotels charge a deposit but just as a hold and refund quickly. This hotel actually charges it and it comes right out of your bank account. No refund in sight and we didn’t damage anything

Walked into my room unannounced with no knock or anything at 10:30am before i checked out. totally unacceptable

Hot Tub was Out Of Order and it is Advertised When Booking ,Room Was Run Down and Bathroom was Dirty ,Shuttles Service Took 45 Min To Pick us Up From Airport
