It’s a one night stay, but we’re frustrated that the room she gave us was horrible. The door frame has a gap that someone from the outside can see us. The bathtub has a stain that needed to be replaced, the toilet seat cover is almost to come off and the bathroom door handle is broken.

Well let’s begin with the breakfast, just terrible eggs tasted my straight water! We had a trip to Disney left in the morning came back like 6 pm to find we didn’t receive any room service. Extremely upsetting to arrive back to no clean towels. We even grabbed all our dirty towels and out them together, collected all our trash and placed them bags just to make it easier. Unfortunately this hotel was incredibly unhygienic and unaccommodating. We arrived late at night and waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in while the receptionist took phone calls and didn't look at anyone in line. Our room was incredibly humid and smelled like mold (which was also visible on the ceiling and in the shower). Our blankets were almost brown (should've been white) and I had to sleep with a towel on the pillow because it had so many stains. First off the lady at the front desk was rude, the tv in our room didn’t work, there was a cigarette on the floor, the door was broke, when I left my bags in the hotel I came back to a DEAD FROG in my bogg bag and the was a roach the size of Texas just crawling on the wall😳

I did not like the black bugs that was in my bed and when I called and told him they said they would change the room. They did change the room at 11:00 p.m. that night when we were already in pajamas ready to go to bed. They told us the manager Paul for being the next day you should speak to him. Paul did not show up the next day before we checked out. And he has not returned a call from us.
