First room was covered in ants. Rooms don’t look as nice as the pictures. Elevator was literally falling apart
The property is poorly maintained Amenities do not work, old and raggedy. Dead cockroaches in the hallway. Door knobs missing off of the bathroom doors. Wood paneling come off. Stains in the carpet. Only one ice machine worked. The ironing board poked a holes in ny shirt.The iron snagged my brand new pants and put holes in them. The keys never worked Elevator was sketchy bumped at floor 4 scary
I basically got no sleep while staying here. You could hear everything from the room next to mine. The occupants next to me screamed/argued for hours. Basically the entire time I was there. It was awful.
At first glance, the hotel seemed acceptable. We weren't looking for anything fancy—just a clean place to spend the night before our flight from Orlando International Airport. During check-in, we were surprised to encounter an unexpected $15 parking fee, despite the website clearly stating 'free self-parking.' Around 6:30 PM, we dropped off our luggage and headed out for dinner. When we returned to the hotel, we were appalled by the cleanliness. The bathroom door was unstable
They gave me the keys and when I got to the room there was already a couple there!! Unacceptable!!!
Muy sucios las habitaciones, los baños muy sucios , las llaves del agua siempre botando agua . La tina en muy mal estado de limpieza y fluido de drenaje. Polvo en las habitaciones y el aire acondicionado lleno de polvo. Microondas en la funciónamiento. Nos dieron el piso #5 habitación 508, pero estaba mal el drenaje de la tina .
