Disappointed We stayed last year and thought the place was great, but we must have over looked things due to other circumstances. All year I recommend this hotel to everyone asking where to stay. But this year our experience was not good. We called for the shuttle and were told they'd be there in a minute, waited 45 minutes, called to check the status and I was told she came by but we weren't there but she would be leaving again in a few minutes. Pool was so dirty hot tub was disgusting. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet dirty tub dirty sink also dirty all fill with mold
