Excellent staff. Elevators were on and off of working. Door handle to get into room did not work.

The door to room was poor… It didn’t look secure and the lock would always malfunction

This is an inexpensive but very basic option to stay a night and catch a flight. If you have no expectations for a quality stay and you are on a budget, this is the right place. Very outdated, dirty hotel.

Not good Pool, but kinda grimey. Everything in this place is in desperate need of repairs and some TLC. Door could barely open because it looked like it had been battery rammed open? Everything was with outdated, grimey or missing. There was even holes in the wall where a missing painting/photo was lol. Towels were even worn down. Cheap, close to airport but expect less then bare minimums. Also big FYI “free shuttles” don’t run before 5:00am and while were there heard them say a couple times that the shuttles weren’t running

The hotel was dirty, outdated and unsafe. The pillows were yellow and stained. The doorframe had a large gap around the door. The room was dark and musty. The furniture was dinged up and old. The bathroom was gross and had stains and soap scum. Only one elevator was in service and the other was unreliable. The parking was not ideal either. I would not recommend unless you are desperate

The beds were comfortable. The shower was dripping the whole time and the water temperature was unable to be maintained as the valve was broken leading to scalding hot water randomly. The door to room 402 did not close easily and there was a gap at the bottom and you could see in and out of the room.

The first room they gave us (floor 5) had a very strong smell of smoke. The staff was nice enough to move us to second floor in a new room.

Elevator made banging noises and shudders. Had to use shoulder to force door to room due to crooked jam. Intermittent poor heat in room. Tried to use room phone to call front desk, phone broken. Tried to log onto hotel wifi but get warning wifi is unsafe and info could be stolen. Tried to take a bath and drain plug broken. Paid over $15 to park car for 9 hours at hotel. Parking lot dark and dirty. I will never go back. I will never use this chain again.
