I was very disappointed with how dirty our room was when we arrived. The floor was not vacuumed, with sand in the corners of the room, in the trash cans and throughout the entire room. The bathroom floor was also not cleaned and there was a shower cap on the floor. I have stayed in La Quinta hotel several times and always enjoyed my stay. NOT THIS TIME. I’d like to know what you will do to bring me back to stay at your hotel.

Property has been neglected. Our room was moldy in several locations.Windows , soap dish is hower, bottom of bathtub and bathroom walls were all moldy. The beds sag pretty bad.

Letdown There was no hot water the heater was down, the room was dirty the bed looked like it had dirty sheets, the bathtub faucet did not shut off completely so all night it dripped very loudly and the bathroom door didnt close all the way so its all you could hear all night, the freezer was completely iced over and there was fermented cantaloupe in the refrigerator. Should have asked for a refund
