No hot water in the hotel, did not inform us at check in, know problem for a couple days, air conditioner leaking water and soaked carpet

Our room at La Quinta Inn, Orlando Airport North, made for a very negative experience. I was unable to take a shower because there was no hot water. The front desk personnel acknowledged that there were some “maintenance issues.” The bathtub had black mold around the tub and the shower faucet kept leaking. I had a headache and went to the front desk to purchase a bottle of Excederin and was unable to put chase it as the front desk staff person reported that he forgot how to ring up a purchase. Shuttle service from airport very slow/ called when we were ready for pick up and the attendant said “I’ll let the driver know”. Called back 40 mins later when shuttle still hadn’t shown and same attendant said again “I’ll let the driver know”. Paid for early check in and they sent us to a room that was dirty from previous guests- linen balled up on floor and trash everywhere. In the morning housekeeping came in loudly 45 mins before checkout asking why we were still there. Would not recommend

DISSATISFIED GUEST There was an issue with the hot water. The elevator was unsteady and came to a stop on the floor abruptly. The room next to mine had the tv full blast at 3AM. I called the front desk and they NEVER showed up to that room, nor did they call/ask if my issues had been solved.

Asked for extra pillows they didn’t have any. Left message at front desk to clean my room when I came back was never cleaned times two days There was no hot water midday or evening. Had to wait till late in the evening to take a shower. When I approach the front desk with the hot water, problem was told it was because a lot of people shower in the mornings. It’s a hotel.
