I was charged $55 USD for having a room ready before the check in time. Most hotels have a room available to put your luggage in until your check in time. They said because I used a third party booking company. I was so mad. Also there wasn’t a plug in the bathroom sink. No paper and pen were left to use.

The man the checked us in was so ignorant and nasty i couldn’t believe it! The lay out of the room and wise was the one of the best I’ve ever seen but I couldn’t get past the pile of dirt on the floors including gummy bears from previous occupants. You could mark your name in the dust on the furniture, and long strands of hair and n the bathtub. Very dated but I don’t mind that part. The elevator looks like it’s rickety and falling apart. I had the most uncomfortable bed ever. The bathroom floor had stuff under the sink that needed swept up and there was mold in the shower. I would never stay here again.

Some of the staff were rude, took two hours to get picked up from the airport, pillows had blood stains on pillow
