So disappointed that the key machine to make the room keeps was broken. So they had one guy running up and down trying to open everyone’s room It was tough to leave because it took a long time to get in the room and I didn’t want to experience that waiting feeling once again. So disappointed The room was old and the shower valve was leaking It seem like a hotel out of a cheap movie. The pictures on line make it look so beautiful but in reality I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I know.

The hotel was disgust! There was other people’s hair in the sink, the tub, the pillow case. We used the early check in option and our room wasn’t even ready. The pillows are in desperate need of changing out, they were so lumpy. The towels and bedding all had a musty odor. I questioned even using the elevator because the inspection was out of date. Never again.

Only one elevator worked and it sounded like it was going to fall apart. Our door handle only worked some times. Tub water wouldn't shut off. Coffee pot was dirty. Ants on the bed. Light above bathroom mirror didn't work. Or there was no switch. Housekeeping lady seemed like we were bothering her, when we asked about getting help into the room because of the door handle. And mumbled as she walked away. Check in person was trying her best.

Shuttle would take an 1 1/2 hours to pick us up at the airport. The one employee working provided room keys with no further information (breakfast hours, restaurants, etc.). However, he was polite. Room had damaged furniture and beds needed to be replaced about 5 years ago. I would never recommend this location to say.

A very sucky stay We had to wait to get a room, there were no towels, the lady was rude.
