Manager Paul didn’t even take time to listen It was terrible. Roaches, toilet moved when sit on it, fire alarm hanging of the wall, ring in bath tub, yellow substance splashed on the door of the bathroom. Too many to be able to stay in.

This isn’t really what I expected. The elevator looks like it’s about to give out. Place looks dingy. The door to my room had dents which added to the unsafe feeling. Could be cleaner, brighter lights in the hallways, an updated elevator.

Yes, it’s in a great location. Close to airport, Disney/Universal, Orlando, & Kia Center. HOWEVER, place is in serious need of some revamping and maintenance. Had to head down to front office first night (couldn’t call, phone didn’t work) the shower constantly ran the ENTIRE time. Made them aware and was told we would get refunded for a night (which we never did) and they would send maintenance the next day. Maintenance came the following day at 4pm to look at “our refrigerator” because that’s what he was told was broken. We... read more

空港近くのホテルと言う事で利用したのですが、レセプションは2人の方が対応するも非常に対応が遅く、予約の確認をする事なく進めた為、2部屋の予約なのに1部屋分しか鍵を渡されずまた並ぶ事になりそうだったので割り込んで伝えると仕方なく鍵を発行してくれた。次の日の空港までの予約も適当で用紙に書くのですが10人まだしか乗れない車のようで予約オーバーで乗れなかったが、先に予約した方が来なかったのでなんとか乗れた。それなら早く言って欲しかった。 部屋は泊まるには最低限揃ってはいるが年季の入った感じはあり、次の朝早いので我慢できた。 犬のペットも一緒に泊まれるようで大きいワンチャンと一緒の宿泊者もいた。

Nothing worked in our room, the wifi the TV nor did the fridge work. After traveling and being up traveling we just wanted to come and relax especially with two young kids.
