Reservei apenas uma noite. Chegamos quase meia noite no hotel. Ao chegar encontramos uma barata no banheiro, uma toalha estava úmida. As chaves que nos deram não abria a porta. Trocaram as chaves, mas continuavam sem abrir a porta. Para entrar no quarto precisamos de alguém para abrir a porta. Enfim...era para ser apenas uma noite para descansar e tomar um banho entre os voos, mas foi uma experiência não tão agradável.

I stayed for four nights and breakfast was always the same thing, little variety. Needed to replace my door key four times, issues with the lock. A ticket was put in to fix it, but it was Christmas

Was not notified of shuttle service unavailability after 10pm. Delayed flight stranded us at airport

This place has gone downhill big time. Manager Paul is rude to customers and had us wait 1.5 hours at the airport for a shuttle. I called multiple times requesting a shuttle. The place has black mould in the air conditioning units and it stinks up the room. The room was filthy with dirty carpet, dirty shower and toilet and sink. The door was not repaired properly had half inch gap that let all the sound and light in from hallway. Desk was not cleaned, bed had dirty sheets. I will NEVER stay here again.
