Shuttle bus was very late and there was a dog next door that was barking a lot.

Unfortunately the property isn't as clean or well maintained as it should be. The staff are efficient and do try to make the experience better but the rooms need a complete deep clean and refurbishment. Convenient location for airport and cheap room rate but ultimately you get what you pay for.

Elevator was broke. Front Desk did not disclose this information. Another customer advise me of it, as I waited on broken elevator. Customer also instructed me to use a 2nd elevator at back of building.

Our first night the elevator was broken. We came back a week later for our second stay and the elevator was still broken. The hotel was clean, but we could definitely tell it is a dated facility.

The main elevator broke so getting to my room and out to the car is a haul. I found a bug flying in our room.

I was given my key for room 408 and when I walked in and turned on the lights i noticed something crawling on the table. When i got closer i noticed 2 bed bugs. I went to get a plastic cup to cover them but i was only able to catch 1.
