FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY DONT PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT. ACCORDING TO THEM, THEY ONLY pick up at Terminal A & B. Very disappointed about Not having Shuttle service. No communication among Staff. I asked for a First floor Room, due to Mobility issues. They gave me a Room on the 4th floor. ONLY one Elevator on the property. Not convenient if you have mobility issues.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the hinges of the bathroom door and the door was dirty. There was also something on the floor. We informed the front desk and they advised us that they would clean it in the morning. We only had a 1 night stay.

Stayed here for a quick stay for a business meeting that I didn’t eat to drive 5 hrs in one day. It was conveniently located, and service at the desk was good. I understand you get what you pay for, but cleanliness was lacking, phone didn’t work(not a big deal), and only 1 elevator was working. If you need cheap (under $100/ night)accommodations, stay here. If you’re looking for clean or upscale place, don’t stay here.

Hotel in good location, but elevator next to center not working si need walk on end off hallway to go up and than walk back all hallway , floor in hallway dirty. Big dogs is barking, shuttle only up to 8 pm so when you arrived later i use taxi service .will never stay there again..

Wouldn’t stay Our door wouldn’t latch so we had to use force to finally get it closed and add a chair. Mildew in the bathroom, rusted bathroom fixtures, cracked tub with obvious repairs. The neighbor next door banged on our door at 6:30 am for no reason. It was awful. Pillows were disgusting and stained we ended up using our own blankets and pillows to sleep.
