Hotel needs major updating. Elevators belonged more in a parking garage than in a hotel. Twelve year old daughter, who is admittedly a little bougie, slept in chair instead of bed. It was a restless night for all to say the least!

I booked this hotel primarily because it had a free shuttle to the airport but did not specify that it had time restraints on it. And when I got there they told me that it doesn’t start until 5am and we had a 6am flight also said that it was already booked up and we would need to find another service to bring us

Front desk was not helpful. Room was in bad condition, price high compare to other hotel at same price.

I came in around noon and asked if my room was ready and I was told it was. I was then told it costs $25. This is a rip off. I didn’t drive myself and didn’t want the person to have to come back. I was told they could hold my luggage and wait. Ridiculous ! My room was ready, if it wasn’t of course I would have waited.

The toilet has a stain. There was bed bugs on the bed. The shower curtain was old and worn out. It is not worth staying in it. If I could get a refund for staying there it will make me happy

Absolutely awful. We stayed there twice before and after a cruise sailing and it was the same. The hotel is under repairs and is an eye sore. The staff is limited and it shows in their customer service. I had to ask five times for a crib only to be told that the two the facility has were in use. Avoid.
