Disappointing Sent flight arrival info as requested. Hotels.com showed the message was read. However I was told no shuttle was available when I arrived because I arrived too late. Why wasn't I told ahead of time when I could have booked a different hotel. Moldy water stain/leak on the wall probably contributed to smell. Hair in the bathtub. No tissues. Loud A/C.

Driver of the courtesy bus left us stranded at the airport as he ‘finishes’ at 10pm-better directions are needed on where to pick up the bus-we were left running all over the airport trying to meet their deadline-we ended up getting a taxi which to be fair they refunded

Disappointing Shuttle I booked this hotel because it offered shuttle service to airport. On our inbound trip it took 1 1/2 hours to get the shuttle to pick us up. On our outbound trip- our flight was delayed 2 hours and we were ready 10 minutes after 10 pm. No shuttle available as it had closed for the evening. It cost us $25 to travel a few miles by taxi. I do LOVE the noon checkout!

They need to learn what it means to deep clean. The elevator was filthy and I personally wiped down the doorframes and doors in my room due to dirty fingerprints and food leftovers.

There was fresh drops of urine on the toilette rim. When I called for the airport shuttle I was told it would be 15-20 minutes for pickup and it was 50 minutes.

The internet did not work in about half of my stay. The shower was sparkling all over the place (they need to replace the showerheads for new ones). And the hotel was on the process of switching company that provides shampoo and soap, so there was no shampoo available at the whole stay. I had to go buy my own for my stay at a local store.

Handy location close to airport and some restaurants. Beds were terrible - lumpy and squeaky with awful old pillows.they desperately need to be upgraded. Staff were pleasant.

Pick somewhere else This was not a good choice at all. We got in around 1215a exhausted and walked into an unclean room. The photo of the socks were from walking on their floors, disgusting to say the least. Emailed the Manager the following morning and as of today 3.1.22 still no response.
