Room was not clean. There was chewing tobacco on the floor next to the bed from the previous guest. One of the outlets in the bathroom was not working, the coffee machine was missing the plastic piece the filter goes in. The front desk staff was always gone. My room key wasnt working so it had to be rest and when i went back downstairs I had to wait until someone came to the counter as there was no one there.Very disappointed and will not be staying here again.

Key didn’t work afternoon getting checked in. Had to make multiple trips to lobby for them to fix key. People were loud. A lot of rooms kept doors cracked due large families in multiple rooms I guess. They were just uncontrollably loud. I didn’t get any sleep before my flight the next morning. And room was dirty

The property itself was in good condition however they allowed customers to be in the pool after dark making extremely too much noise. Also our last night there we had an extremely early flight and kids were running up and down the hall until 4 am in the morning.

After taking off the top hotel comforter, I noticed multiple yellow, crusty stains. I asked for fresh sheets and comforter, and the hotel staff explained housekeeping hours were only in daytime. The front desk worker finally brought two clean blankets.

It was very dirty. Had to change rooms 3 times before one was clean. They told us the wrong times for breakfast so we missed that.

Everything was fine, except for the receptionist Luisa who never smile or showed any tyoe of welcoming attitude toward throughout the check-in process. My wife who speaks spanish only got her questions answered in english. Figure that one out. I had to translate everthing for my wife knowing that Luisa (receptionist) is latina and bilingual. Then at check out the receptionist spoke to me in spanish finally. My wife couldn't believe it. Other than that experience,every else was fine.
