Hallways dirty, check-in took longer than necessary due to incoming phone calls, talking with other guests who were already done. Room was ok comfortable bed

Although, breakfast was free when we asked for creamer we were told we don't have any without even looking. I haven't seen a roach in years, for a hotel to have them was very surprising. I would like to know when was the last time the upgraded their mattresses very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again. Very disappointed.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff at the front desk were lovely. We then had to take the elevator to our room which is where things got a little touchy. The elevator looked very gross. There were stains all over the walls, dust, and possibly even mold in the upper corners. My husband and I both looked at each other and hoped our room wasn’t going to be the same.
