Your shuttle need repair. Front seat has missing seat belt locks and my daughter sat on one of them.VERY PAINFUL!

The rooms were not very sound proof. There was a lot of door slamming and we could hear the people in the next room.

Our bathroom had a huge leak in the ceiling -we called the front desk- it happened on m orning of departure. Was not able to shower because it was over toilet and bathtub.

If you are just looking for a place to crash then this is OK. Nothing specific here. Front desk staff seemed indifferent. The ac in the rooms sound like lawn mowers and smell like the are going to catch fire if turned up to 74 or more. Front staff didn’t seem to care my room smelled like fire. Won’t be back.

We are sorry for your issue in your room. There will be a slight smell when you turn on the ac to heat in summer. This is common with units when they are used for heat instead of AC. Thank you for the feedback.
