You get what you pay for, cheaper hotel and there is a reason why it is a little bit cheaper. (Still way to expensive fo The beds felt like you were sleeping on concrete and were very uncomfortable, carpets were dirty in the hallways with huge stains. Breakfast was rough, hardly any food options and the few options we did have looked like it was cardboard food re-heated in the microwave I liked the location

My stay was not pleasing due to me having a 4 yr old with me and finding used condoms was scary because if I had not loo I found 2 used condoms in my room when I let the sofa be out. The property has yet to refund me my money because they said it had to be done through booking because that’s who I booked through. The guy at the front desk name was Kit he was very nice and concerned when I showed him the pictures I had taken of the used condoms and assured me if I had booked and paid through the actual hotel I would of been r... read more

I do apologize for the experience that you had while staying with us sooner than your comment and after speaking to my staff, it is true that since it was paid through a third-party site, that third-party must be refund the guest, and we have no control over that at the property level.
We will never stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone! Broken front elevator. Broken ice machine on our floor. The bathroom door could not close completely. Mold on shower curtain and hose for hand held shower. Light in bathroom was so dim, they were like night lights! Could not use the pool or pool area to sit, big machine over it power washing the building. Girl at front desk was very rude! Maid assisted us very well with things we needed. Room was clean….pretty much. Bed was comfortable

Very Poor
Okay for a quick stay. Too many people standing in the back of the building smoking. Not even sure if the were guests at the hotel. I did not feel safe parking my car where this group was hanging out. I had to park up front then walk the whole length of the building to get to my room. Could use another toaster, some pre-made egg and sausage biscuits for quick grab and go.
