Bad The first night I was there there was roaches in the bathroom, they did offer me to switch rooms and I declined because I wanted to speak to the manager Colton. He never responded to me and on my way checking out I saw him at the front desk. I asked him about that and he responded that he did see the notes and that was it he never contacted me. Bed was comfortable

Bad Better staff We called 2 month ahead and made sure we had a walk in shower. Accessible room. We even called a week prior to our visit. He sad no can do not sorry . I asked when the people were checking out we could transfer. Rooms. He was no help. We had to go to a friends to shower both of us disabled and could not get our legs over the tub! Retrain kit. Disappointed Disappointed. The room was not clean. The floor was filthy. The sheets didn’t appear to be fresh. We had to switch rooms to be in a cleaner environment. It was fine.

All in all the stay was good. Wasn’t the best experience but also not the worst We had to try 3 different rooms when we first checked in. The first room and foot prints all over the sheets. The second room had hair on the bed and dirty. The 3rd room was finally in good shape. At times walking down the hallways you can smell weed as if someone was smoking in the room. It was quiet and comfortable.
