Cannot recommend - read my comments! A lot! First off the room I booked didn't look anything like the photo I saw online. The cheap "fold out couch" was absolutely awful and should be thrown out. We had to ask for a different room so my adult son could sleep in comfort (2 double beds in the room instead of king & fold out). The elevator by our room was broken so we had to walk the steps (bad for arthritic knees) or walk the long length of the hall to get to the one working elevator***. I wouldn't stay here again but Colton the manager was great put him in a better Mold in bathtub,yuck.booked hotel saying it had a hot tub to find out didn't work, One elevator that worked but slow. Noisy kids and loud traffic Noise location was rough not much to do around there. Not much but general management was great and staff

Poor We signed up with Booking.com, we include our pet, grandchildren and connecting rooms in our request. We received an additional charge for the pet and our rooms were not connected. Rooms were not connected to accommodate our family. AC unit had loose wires hanging below the unit. Hot tub didn't work, Accessibility devis for the pool and hot tub was broken. TV remote stopped working and had to walk down to lobby because no one answers the phone. Called but no answer, looking for additional towels and had to walk down to ... read more

Uncomfortable The room was NOT cleaned properly, if even cleaned at all. There were ants all over the bathroom counters, which could occur due to weather change in Florida. But as a Well known establishment, I feel that is something that could/should have been rectified. As the night went on, me and my child prepared for bed and when my 8year old looked behind the bed for a plug outlet to connect his phone charger he discovered a black pouch, I immediately took the pouch from my son and proceeded to open the pouch.
