Disappointing
Great location but hotel needs lots of work Walls are so thin I heard kids crying door slammed every five minutes dogs barking all night people screaming in the hallway,toilet so loud when flushes you can hear the people next door flushing all night, over all very noisy. Carpet and walls and furniture are so old. Bed is hard and squeaky and pillows are cheap and flat. Good location and staff was really friendly.
Good location, but the cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—needs improvement. The bathroom was not very clean. There was visible mold in some areas, and the bathroom exhaust vent was full of dust. I also noticed dirt in a few parts of the room that should have been cleaned better. Overall, the cleanliness standards need improvement. The location was convenient and the check-in process was easy. The staff was friendly and the room size was comfortable for a short stay.
It was ok, people were nice but beds were very hard The beds were very hard, carpets in the wall areas were so dirty and needed to be vacuumed. Everything just looks old The people who work there are very nice and food was good

The remodeling and renovation is wonderful just keep up the good work! The fridge in my room 835 didn’t work and I got very sick drinking the orange juice out of the dispenser. The place needs remodeling. Halls and public restrooms were filthy! Fake and watery eggs. Just served sausage. Very limited breakfast. Nothing
Horrible can’t believe I was charged for my room. Gave us a room that was already occupied then gave me a different room that smelled like someone just smoked marijuana in it. Then haven’t back the original room and gave me key that didn’t work. I made 5 trips from 7th floor to front desk in my first 20 min of being there. The called noise complaint said it was our kids but the room right off the 7th floor elevator was clearly have some sort of intimate relationship and the screaming and moaning was absolutely the cause of t... read more
