Disappointed This hotel is in need of major maintenance and upkeep. There are disgusting smells from random places all over the hotel. Ice machines on multiple floors out of order. Ice machine on floor 6 where we stayed just beeped non-stop and was inoperable. The room AC was so loud it sounded like a Nascar race when it would kick on and rev up. Bad It was ugly the hotel the rooms uncomfortable we got stuck on the elevator i will never stay over there I don't like nothing

Dirty and old. Would not reccommend. I didn't like anything. I am so glad I only booked for one night. Facilities did not meet expectations, elevator is old and got stuck. I just would not recommend. I didn't really like much about this hotel. I expected facilities to be clean and somewhat modern but this hotel looks like it's stuck in the 90's and just dirty. I would not reccomend.

Poor The room had water leaking from the bathroom vent, flooding the bathroom. Thus was discovered about 10:30 pm. Moved us to another room that did not have a working TV. Maintenance tried to fix the TV but still didn't work properly. The bathroom had cockroaches crawling around in it. The room had a musty smell. Tried to speak to management about the issues at check out, but no management personnel available. Would not recommend this location at all.

Staff was great and helped best they could but the building and everything inside sucked. Drilling that travelled through the entire hotel, no notice of it till it woke up our children. Dirty hallways, floors, dining room. Furniture was more black than green from all the filth, toilet stopped working and they don’t have a maintenance team so we would’ve had to pack and move everything to a different room. Very Poor The Ac didn’t work good room was hot. The room had a bad smell. Pillows are to small and uncomfortable. The tub/shower was awful. The water was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable.
