Very Poor Me cancelaron mi reservación luego me dijeron no tenían habitaciones Y luego me dieron una que tenía olor a mojado Que porque me la acaban de limpiar Hasta el ventilador dejaron Pero aún así horrible Y me cobraron más Ubicación siempre me quedo ahí

Bad Roaches,some lights in the rooms don't work,elevator almost stop working with me and my kids in them nd there is no a/c in the elevator. The a/c at least worked.

Not worth the price. The smell of wetness in the room when the air was not running. The dangerous and improperly working elevators. The staff the ignored safety issues and maintenance requests. Location is close to the airport

Disappointed; It could have been better. The first room had a smell and the restroom didn’t work so we were moved. The second room had an even worse smell. I complained because I have a baby and wanted him to be okay. The third room smelled clean but had no large towels and the bed sheets were itchy. I woke up with bites. I liked the location and breakfast

Trataré de NO REGRESAR A ESTE HOTEL. MALA ACTITUD. MAL RECIBIMIENTO. NO SABEN DAR SERVICIO DE HOTEL. Ubicación buena. sin embargo, difícil llegada por el trébol de carreteras alrededor. Desayuno nunca se me antojó. Café no bueno. Casi Todo el personal con mala cara. Una mujer latina en el mostrador del lobby muy grosera y falta de respeto. La entrada sin plantas, algunas secas. piedras, lodo. banca con gente fumando y que daba desconfianza. Dentro del hotel mucha gente de mala calaña. Agresivos algunos.

Poor Hotel needs alot updating and improvements. Elevators are in need of alot repair. Some staff not very friendly. Looks like they didnt want to be there. I heard the breakfast employee ladies whispering about how many more ppl kept showing up for breakfast, so I guess that meant more work for them to do. None of those breakfast employee ladies were friendly at all. Front desk ladies were friendly at least! As I see it, all employees are the face of your business! Breakfast was ok

It was terrible. Hotel was super dirty Staff were super rude and unprofessional Elevator didn’t work Tv remote didn’t work at all Doors lock didn’t lock had to put a chair under the knob Bed sheets smelled horrible This is has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever been to

Never again!!!! Cleanliness is HORRIBLE Room was good, staff had a lousy attitude, hotel carpet all the way to our room was filthy, elevator was acting up and ppl were frustrated. I will NEVER stay at this one again.. i just tried it out… but will never stay there again.

It was decent It was not up to date and the shower was stained and peeling.The AC was not great I like the location and the the friendly staff
