Clean rooms, comfortable, quiet and near shopping, Compared to area hotels room rates a tab high. Some staff members inadequately trained and or poor motivation to help customers . Room for improvement

I haven't stayed at a La Quinta prior to this experience and probably won't in the future. Building needs cleaning and maintenance. Area outside of lobby very uninviting Registering staff was pleasant, and knowledgeable

Never again Elevators were in such poor condition we worried about the safety. The toilet in the room was filthy I had to clean it with baby wipes so we could use it. I left my prescription medication in the lobby by accident, in a little bag I was carrying and thankfully someone turned it in to the front desk, they opened it saw my name on the bottles they knew I had stayed at the hotel and they didn’t bother to call me and let me know they had it. Very Poor
Convenient location. Will be good when the construction is done. The water was turned off for two hours in the morning with no warning. When my daughter in law got hot water for tea there was mold in her cup from the. Container. She told the staff but no one seemed to care. She also asked to be contacted and she has not been. The person behind the desk just pointed to the sign that said “excuse our dust” with no apologies for anything. Maybe they should be closed during reconstruction. Location and breakfast.
