No vuelvo a llegar ahí La limpieza del cuarto, alfombra sucia y baño muy desgastado El desayuno muy simple los huecos con mucha grasa pero la ubicación bien

It was awful and disgusting! We will NEVER stay at this location again nor would we recommend it !! The room and facilities were outdated as well as broken and falling apart. Our bathroom shower had handles in the bathroom that were broken and the tub looked dirty. There was only one bath towel for 2 adults staying in the room! We also found 2 roaches in our room and one was on the pillows on our bed! The staff let them down They told their shuttle would pick me up from the airport. I waited over a hour. I called back and it was somebody different and they didn’t know I was there! So they sent a shuttle and that took 20 minutes and they are located 1 mile away. The room was remodeled and nice but the bathroom wasn’t and it pretty bad. The breakfast area was nice.

Very Poor Lying maintenance personnel and maintenance as well doing work from 1:00 a.m. till 6:00 a.m. drilling while I was trying to sleep the front desk clerk couldn't even tell me how to work the washing machine like aren't you supposed to be trained for something like that and maintenance got upset because they had to come and help me I am so sorry maybe they should realize that people sometimes just don't get it and offer help Great location

with roaches and construction going on everywhere and clean a broken mirror outside The manager and staff were very rude and not professional.and there are roaches The location that’s it

Bad the "handicapped " room on the "under construction " 8th floor smelled of urine and there was BLACK MOLD... the mini refrigerator took 8 hours to get cold...the staff didn't seem to care that we were having issues ... AND we had a couple of items stolen by the housekeeping staff... the location was perfect...

Poor I have stayed in this hotel MANY times in the past. The maintenance of this facility has gone down substantially. Unacceptable level. The front sliding doors were not working so had to be opened manually and closed manually. There is so much deferred maintenance, it looks terrible. The elevator flooring is crumbling under your feet. Some elevators not working at all. Missing trim at doors throughout the facility. Could not get a copy of the receipt because the printer was not working. Room thermostat on wall not operati... read more

Do not recommend this location!! Noisy, dirty and manager was extremely unprofessional! Breakfast was good
