Very Poor No me dieron una blanket extra porque segun no tenian y el almuerzo estaba el area sucia no habia mesas y no habia cafe y no de miraba quien estubiera al pendientw para rellenar el cafe no almorzamos al otro dia alas 9:30 ya estaba recojiendo todo y dijieron que ya no habia nada Muy mal! El area

Poor The room smelled like mildew. There were workers drilling and pounding down the hall for 2 hours. We checked in at 3:00 pm and I finally called front desk at 5:00 pm. The air conditioner didn’t work well. It got really cold and five minutes later it was really hot. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location.

Unsatisfactory The property needs to be renovated completely. What you pay is not worth it. Rooms were completely outdated with old furniture and stained mattresses that were very worn out. Keys kept having to be reactivated which was a hassle if you coming in the building using the rear parking lot. The location

Glad I was only staying there for a night. Problems from the start. I booked 2 weeks ago & when I got there no rooms were available but double beds. Then receptionist made a mistake with booking.com. 30 minutes total figuring out what she did. The hotel itself is falling apart. No AC, the windows and doors open so air would come in. Mind you it’s 82 F outside. Elevator screen was broken. Furniture ripped. Fridge in room did not work. I did not even want to use the shower there was gunk everywhere. Carpet in our room was extremely dirty. Bathroom call was nasty, football chewed up. My last stay! Needs more choices.

Unimpressive. The room and many public areas were not in good repair. This included a dripping faucet, wall patches, and many dings and scuffs. The wifi certificate was expired so my device security wouldn't let me connect. There was no clock in the room. Breakfast eggs were watery and bland. The desk has no cash, so I was unable to break a bill to tip housekeeping as much as I wanted to. On my arrival stay, there was no shuttle after 10:30 pm.
