Fair The hotel locates near I-410, so traffic noise is an issue. The fridge also makes noises when it is working. I had to unplug it to have a quiet environment. The breakfast is just so-so with limited choices of food, and there are too many guests to have breakfast around 9 AM. Every table was occupied. Originally I marked 8/10 for this property, but I have to lower it to 7/10 because they keep on sending me emails, texts asking for reviews. I did that but they still harass me. It was good for what it was needed to sleep, but I believe it could had been better and cleaner. This is the second time I stay in this hotel; the first time was great I loved it; this is the reason why I decided to stay here. But this second time around, the jacuzzi was not working, my room was not cleaned until the third day, and I had to ask a staff if they could provide clean towels and toilet paper. Breakfast is the best, if one of my favorites, their Texas shape waffles, one of a kind.

Treated horrible The front desk was completely rude and made me feel bad for even staying there. I got a suite paid way. Too much money for it to smell like mildew and it was dirty. I arrived late so I over slept on sat morning I missed my plane. When I went down the next morning at 1130 mind u the lady said if the reservation didn't come thru in 2 min I would have to leave.. then remarked on my last name. Fair The front desk staff are not customer service oriented. My son was given a hard time at check in. I overhead the front desk personnel being rude to customers on the phone. The van drivers were nice and courteous.

Poor communication. We have checked into our room, went upstairs had to use the restroom and toilet would not flush. So N/A Property was clean and had security guard
