Very Poor This hotel is dirty and run down. The hallways smell. The pictures look nothing like it actually is. I would never stay there again.

Fair The bathroom in our room was in poor condition. Water would drain slowing when using the sink, the shower curtain rod was broken, the caulking around tub was molded around the tub, and some was missing. Other guests ran the hall late at night and therefore we could not get a good night's sleep. Location was near everything we were planning on seeing.

Would not stay again. The shuttle to the airport does not start until 6:00 AM which is NOT stated. I could have stayed elsewhere for the same price and saved the additional cost of a cab. Front desk staff were unfriendly to say the very least - all the interactions I had with them felt like I was interrupting something far more important - like chatting to their co-worker. The bathroom very badly needs updating.

El hotel del horror y el asco no me gusto absolutamente nada el lugar era tan sucio tan sucio y tenía un olor que no e podido olvidar el personal terrible de verdad no entiendo como no han tenido una inspección por parte de la ciudad para cerrar ese hotel si es que así se le puede llamar🤮🤮 absolutamente nada el lugar más sucio y desagradable

Poor The cleanliness of the facility, the customer service was poor, we got absolutely no sleep, overall will not be booking again. Location was very convenient.
