Don't stay at the La Quinta if you don't like pets pet standing in the door can't come in. I didn't like all them dog and cats around the door as you enter the building. Cat standing at the door as you enter in an out!!!! I did like the breakfast enjoyed the shell rides that staff was very nice but I would not stay there again not with all those Pets the rooms was not have clean and roaches in the room

Unfortunately, not all guest tell us they are traveling with a pet. We have resolved the other issue and assure you that it is not our standard .We appreciate your comments and will be sharing them with housekeeping for cleaning correction.

Would avoid staying at this hotel again. The hotel looked beautiful from the outside, but it was a little shabby inside. It was very hot outside and I could not cool off my room to a comfortable temperature so I had a lousy night of sleep. conveniently located near San Antonio Airport

Fair Poor management. Bathtub looks like it needs a DEEP cleaning. Crusted water stains and orange and grey stains. Yuck! There were also loud guests with loud music at pool till at least 1:00 a.m. Husband called to request management take care of loud guests at pool, way after hours for pool to be closed. He was assured that it would be taken care of right away. This clearly did not get resolved. Will never stay at this location again. Location and access to shopping and restaurants

Fair This facility had roches in the bathroom............unacceptable Staff was nice !

Okay Went down for breakfast and no food staff could not keep up with demand.

Exceptional We were on a floor with a bunch of kids. It would have not bothered me if they were not so loud ALL night. Even early in the morning they were screaming "GET UP!" I was very unhappy with their voice levels at the specific times were they should have been regulated.

Exceptional No TV for a day and half. Room was only cleaned one time, during our 3 day stay.
