Poor Boring breakfast cooked in a rush. No variety. No room option to allow one to cook a simple meal in the rooms. The rooms felt badly in need of renovation. Carpet was damp and the shower did not have good pressure. The tub was not draining quickly enough so the shower kept backing up Conviniently located at the last stop of the bus line to New York, the location offers easy access to shopping areas as well as the large walmart nearby

Good Location, Poor service, Never stay again! very good location, just 20~30 minutes bus from the hotel to New York downtown if traffice not so jammed in the tunnel... resturant lady staff is so welcoming with smiles, feeling good in sunny mornings... Fair The breakfast is good but is the same all the days, if you can chance that would be better The girl taking the coupons is rude, she needs to has more control taking the papers because I gave her two and when my partner was trying to in, the girl told me that I never gave her the second paper and that wasn’t true. The hotel is located in a good place, take the 320 bus is easy if you want to go to NY and that is one of the best things about the hotel. However, the building needs more maintenance. If you have low standards and just want an affordable hotel near with easy access to NYC, come here. The bathroom light wouldn't turn on and my maintenance requests were never fulfilled; I had to bring the living room lamp into the bathroom to see anything. There were also concerning stains on the bathroom wall near the toilet. The AC unit was unbelievably noisy and would scare the crap out of you when it turned on, especially in the middle of the night. Just closed remodel and open again Property is very dirty, room only had cold water in the shower. Breakfasts is bad! I asked 3x for then to fix the water, nobody shows up, the 2nd day finally in the afternoon they change me to another room. Staff members are honest and professional

DISAPPOINTING it was a really disappointing stay this time as i have been coming here for at least 10 years twice a year. the change is management since last October when i was there turned things around and the new system applied is really uncomfortable and my family and my stay really irritable and dissatisfying and disappointing.
