the hotel was barely adequate. the hotel is extremely dark and dated. the furniture is old and shows it. the bed was not comfortable. We chose this hotel because it was the lowest priced hotel in the Harmon Meadow area. We are not likely to stay there again. the hotel is conveniently located across the street from the bus-stop to NYC. Breakfast was adequate. the night desk clerk was very helpful and friendly.

Fair Rooms are old and dingy. Although it was clean, it felt grimy due to the age of the rooms. Could definitely use a face-lift. Saw mouse traps in the hall. No toiletries available except for shampoo and bar soap. Great location, only 20 minutes to Manhatten by bus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast (freshly made waffles are great!) Large room fit 2 adults and 3 teenagers comfortably. Great view of the NYC skyline.
Disappointing Property was very dated, ceilings peeling in bathroom, furnishing very old m and the carpet was dirty. The pool was out of order as well as the ice machine. The hotel was not far from expressways!
Salvo que sea muy barato, quedate en otro lugar. La estructura está decrépita. Totalmente añoso, se nota desvencijado y con poco mantenimiento. El gimnasio se encuentra cerrado por ausencia de equipamento. La piscina no tiene toallas. Nos fuimos un día antes y apesar de que prometieron hace una devolución del día no utilizado, ello no sucedió. Buena ubicación y buen precio. Mas allá de que las alfombras están manchadas por lo añosas, el hotel está bien limpio.
Friendly staff, poor cleanliness. My room was extremely dirty. The carpet was sticky all over, & there were stains on the toilet & bathroom floor when I arrived. Unfortunately housekeeping wasn't available when I arrived so I had to sleep/stay in that room in those conditions. The next day I spoke with the front desk & they changed my room, the new room was clean but smelled like cigarettes (it was supposedto be non-smoking).
