not customer friendly wet comforter nothing
Bad They had Bedbugs and was unwilling to compensate my stay or offer me anything the beds were disgusting everything overall was bad Had OK breakfast
will not stay there again. will go somewhere else. I asked for management to call me but still have not heard anything. we had no water early Saturday morning till after 4:15pm. I just got a letter on my bed and that was all. you could not flush the toilet or take a shower and I had a wedding I had to go to. when you asked up front I got a very defensive response. it was nice but the staff on Thursday night early Friday morning was rude
Bad odor in room, fitness room had broken equip, couldn’t use. breakfast was not good. cold & old. absent staff, when I called front desk for towels I was asked to “come get them” rude & unfriendly front desk location was close to funeral home
I was very disappointed with my overall experience I will not be staying at the hotel again I would. The first night we stayed there a drunk man was sleeping in frint of our hotel door. We could not leave the room without stepping over him in the hall way. Police eventually came to escort him up and out. They only had hot breakfast on the weekend. This was my worst stay ever at a hotel. Cleaning. Ice machine was dirty, smelt horrible in the hallway’s. Did it get room cleaned Soggy eggs and sausage

I told them I have pictures of roaches every day, no money back. Rude. Roaches every where. Even on bed stand. The lady was nice at check in but as soon as I came down to complain about roaches she was rude.
