don't waste your time scamming debt cards staff was not good. they over charge my card not once but twice two different nights ttwo different charges. would recommend using a credit card and not a debt card for your clean room holding fee. a place to sleep

Never again The headboard was gross. Like what is on it???? Water was cold, the toilet water ran and ran after flushing, water has some sort of chemical in it that had my son’s skin burning after his shower. They charged my credit card 50.00 without any warning. When I called them to ask about it I didn’t get a straight answer so I will have to dispute that. Nothing

Disappointing The smell of the hotel was like mold or mildew it did not smell clean. And the water, when showered, smells nasty like sewer or piping. It was convenient to the show we were there for.

Fair Beds suck, no fan in bathroom. Tv, shower nice employees. Lots of parking

Zero stars Room smelled of smoke and mold. Bed was squeaky and the most uncomfortable bed ever kept in a hotel. Dove soap

If it wasn’t for the cleaning service it would be a 8 I was there a whole week and I only had room cleaning service because I asked for it if not I wouldn’t have had any help with my room cleaning Everyone is very welcoming

I will never return to this hotel Cleanliness, Elevator had no air, it was a hot box and had a foul chemical smell. There were people sleeping on the ground in the parking lot, the lock on the room door was broken, the outside doors to the facility were not locked. The room was dusty and dirty, bedding was damp The facility had an awful smell, our bed sheets had hair all on them, the room was hot and muggy, the sheets were damp because of it. I sent a polite email to the management asking for a refund and was denied.
