I didn’t not stay at the hotel as an emergency came up I requested a refund from the hotel and I did not receive a respo Staff Location

No hot water in the shower, told staff nothing happened. Key cards barely worked N/A Location

I will not stay there again. The shower faucet was stuck making it difficult to shower. The water was on the cold side. The bath tub was deteriorated. Location to where I needed to be. Room keys worked on and off. Will not stay there again.

VERY disappointing This place was advertised as having a hot tub on the internet, they didn't. our t.v. was locked out the first night and no one could help unlock it VERY disappointing. the nice lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly

Bad Smelled of mold. There was a roach in the bathroom. Easy access to highway

Old hotel with bland breakfast, not worth the money being charged The room appeared dated and it looks like mold was growing in the ceiling of the bathroom-definitely water damaged. The property appeared safe and the air conditioner worked well.

Never again! Charged for deluxe room. Nothing deluxe about it! No carpet, very little furniture other than bed! I wS charged an extra $50 undisclosed deposit that eas suppose to be returned and still has not been put back on my credit card! Never again will I stay at this location or any other property run by foreigners as this is the only time this happens. Makes it impossible to use booking.com when you do not know in advance the situation and reservations ate non refundable and take an hour to show up in computer system. ... read more
