Disappointing The living room tv did not work when we arrived in the afternoon. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance, the man said he would bring us a new TV so the remote would work but he didn't come back. I called the next morning and the front desk could not give me a clear answer if this issue would be resolved. The card to my room randomly stopped working and the front desk staff made it seem like it was my fault it happened. Nice people. Wished that jacuzzi feature was correct. False advertising of Jacuzzi. Have the channels came with a child block code- no one had it- so TV was tricky Quite and every one sweet and helpful.

Don’t stay here!! Is did not like this hotel at all. Will never stay here again. The rooms weren’t as clean as we thought they would be. Pictures looked great but was not up to par. The staff was rude when asking for extra towels so I wasn’t happy about that. Hot shower.

Bad The facility was nasty and dirty! My bed had bed bugs and hair. Sheets were completely dirty. Still waiting on a refund, IF approved!
Very disappointed in this hotel. The entry light in the room did not work. We had to have the light bulb replaced. Another light fixture did not turn off. We unscrewed the light bulb in order to turn off the light. Our room key did not work 2 out of the 4 days we were there. We had to obtain new keys. One of the flood lights outside of the hotel shone onto our room every night. The bathroom was outdated and dingy.

Bad Customer service at front desk was terrible checking and out. Tried to explain deposit had already been paid, said no and I had to put on a card anyway. Need refund on 1st payment Well found some kind of bug on side of bed. Pic below. Showed to front desk, she raised back and said get that away from me I' 7mos. Pregnant. The hotel was adequate and meet my needs but didn’t uphold my standards. old, not kept well, not all the lights worked, Shower head was bad, floor seemed very dirty friendly staff and quiet environment
