Bad That the room that I was assigned was open and dirty, the hall ways was dirt trash bags all over the place linens room was messy

I will not be staying with La Quinta anymore. This place and a bad roach problem. I liked the price.

Disappointing Housekeeping failed to clean room, make beds, take dirty towels and leave clean ones 3 out of the 5 days I stayed, even after talking to the housekeepers upon leaving the room. They were standing right by the door each time I left. Desk personnel tried to correct the failure, but their efforts were unsuccessful until the 4th day.

Disappointing The bath room door didn't lock nor stay shut and the shower the water turned off when I try to turn it on you only put it one way to get the water to come out ..smelled like cig smoke as well The beds were comfortable

Since 1986, I have been staying at La Quinta, with great delight! This bad experience won't stop me. One of the reasons I selected La Quinta was for the free breakfast. They passed out Granola Bars, Orange Juice, and a muffin. Are you kidding me??!! With not serving breakfast, that should have been noted on the website and/or a price reduction for the customers. I know we are dealing with an epidemic but the smell in the Hotel was horrible. It smelt like a over-chlorinated swimming pool. The Location was accessible...

Horror story stay with bed bugs Everything..chged rooms 3 times, 1st room dirty, 2nd room smelled of dog poop, urine and mildew, 3rd room was okay but was next to a person that had a dog that barked all night long!! It was horrible. The only reason we stayed is because by this point it was too late to go anywhere else and check in as and the frt staff told us they were gonna comp the room and gv us our money back. Fair 1) toilet wobbles room 130 2) room key only worked occasionally 3) no meat on breakfast table 4) reservation mix up so that staff a) tried to check someone else in our room 4 hrs after we arrived b) phoned the room to apologize c)came to the room and angrily demanded my ID. We’ve stayed here several times before & been happy — this was a real disappointment. Good location for traveling North
