will get better place was under major construction. my room was old the man who work the counter during the day was so very nice! this will be very nice once they get all the rooms refurbished!!!!

Served our purpose, but would have liked to be informed of remodeling prior to booking. Facility was under remodeliing and room was not finished (bathroom). Water pressure was poor. Had to use stairs to load/unload to second floor. Bed was comfortable and temp was tolerable.

Don’t waste you money A/C in two separate rooms did not work. Bathrooms in two separate rooms were very dirty. Front desk clerk was very rude. Absolutely NOTHING

Very disappointed in our stay! Since my spouse & I are senior citizens with walking issues, we were VERY disappointed & unhappy that there was NO ELEVATOR to our room on the second floor! Apparently no rooms on the first floor; told they were being renovated. Breakfast was disappointing also. Waffle machine was clogged with old liquid which had to be taken in the back to be ‘fixed’ somehow. A few bagels & 4 pieces of bread were in a container. Nothing else! Worst hotel on terrell!!! Ants all in my room, smelled of chemicals and animal urine. Got moved to a new room and it still smelled horrible. The need was soft and the air was cold.
