Our stay was dissapointing- weather was bad outside and kids wanted to use pool instead Pool should be open - regular hours not shut down almost 2 hours early Shower was not working correctly in the room I need to put a complaint. We travelled for a soccer tournament. Our kids wanted to relax by the pool and the pool was shut down early!!!!! Not great our rooms’ toilet was dirty when we arrived. There was hair in the tub and sink. The breakfast was horrible. sausage links were not cooked thoroughly. Eggs are powdered. it was so noisy, there were so many kids running up and down the halls until well after midnight. Our room phone did not work, so we couldn’t call the front desk. There were only sheets on the bed. Ig was either freezing or sweltering. the location
Gross Sheets were not changed from previous guest. Obvious from the wet stain and pube on sheet. Showerhead full of mold. Black mold where tub meets tile wall/grout line. Humid day, turned on ac and smelled moldy. “Slept” in desk chair, no a/c. Toilet sink and vanity were clean. That’s it.

Very disappointing. the service was bad. The room was clean, but when we asked the receptionist clerk to give to give us clean towels in the second day of our stay, she said that there are none. There was no enough soap, no tissues, no coffee pot. The bed cover was very thin, and there were no extra blankets. when we we asked for an extra blanket, the staff person said they had none. Terrible service!
I would choose someplace else. The room smelled musty and unclean. The staff was dismissive. The breakfast was horrible to include little choice, watered down juice (only orange available) and hard disgusting eggs and sausage. The location was convenient for my business
close to the beach! but I’d be cautious the breakfast is HORRIBLE. I only ate a tiny bit and it was inedible. Normally, free breakfast is at least okay, but it’s just so terrible. also, for some reason, there was a smell coming from the AC every time we walked into our hotel room. the room was clean but that smell was undeniable walking in. I really loved how close the drive was from Long Branch Beach. it probably was a 5-7 minute drive.
