Will not use again There was something dirty in the bathtub and both face towels were soiled..I refused to use them. There should not be soiled or stained towels in ANY hotel room... UNACCEPTABLE Did not have breakfast so I dont know

will not stay again breakfast was horrible . out of everything . machines broke and what they did have tasted terrible convenient

Disappointing Very odd setup. Elevator to 2nd floor doesn't go to the rooms. Took a cart with the luggage into the elevator then had to take the luggage off the cart and carry them up a flight of stairs. The clerk at the desk just watched instead of letting me know. The rear doors had an issue, the key cards didn't work. Parking in the front was limited, making this very frustrating. Frint desk staff wasn’t friendly. Towels weren’t clean. Inly convenient place. I don’t intend to use this facility in future.

fair accommodations. poorly maintained, needed to be updated, linens, towels, very worn needed to be replaced. carpets needed to be cleaned, establishment needed a facelift. close to where I needed to be

Horrible, my parents died in a fire I had to leave early and check out. Was promised a refund and got nothing back. Not even my deposit. Breakfast could have extended after the fire truck and police left . And my room should have been moved to up stairs not next to where the fire was . There was no breakfast there was a fire I woke up to smoke. I was Awaken by this . I had to leave early and check out. Was promised a refund and got nothing back. Not even my deposit.

Somewhere to stay! The staff would stand around watching you walk to your room! The hot tub didn’t get hot! The tub water wouldn’t go down when we took a shower! Room was musty. The breakfast was plain the orange juice machine was broke so we only could have apple juice or cranberry juice. There was only one cereal which was corn flakes no variety!

it wasn’t restful but price was good the amount of noise at all times. couldn’t even sleep with everyone talking loudly in the hallways the convenience

Fair The towels were cleaned but very stained. THE drain in the sink and shower tub need to be looked at. VERY VERY SLOW DRAINING.
