Horrible costumer service! My husband and I arrived at 9:30 pm and walked in nicely and quiet into the building to check in. The guy over at the desk was super rude. Didn’t even make eye contact or looked up or say “hi” or anything to welcome us. Basically just threw the papers at us and the pen. And just told me to insert my card to check in. Not as advertised Disclaimer: their pictures are very outdated in the advertisement. Pictures something a lot dimmer with gray sad undertones. I arrived at the check-in at 3 pm. There were two people behind the counter and they were very slow although there was a line forming. One gentle in the back of the line stated ” I'm checking in but, I need to use the bathroom.” the woman who appeared to be the manager told him there was NO restroom he could use he’d have to wait until he checked in. Fair I feel for the price being charged and the limitations of the facility whether it’s due to the circumstances going on in the world today the price is a bit much.

nothing good to say The room had an odor like there was wet rug or something that was damp and paying almost $200 for one night and nothing was open! Like pool, gym etc. And breakfast was included. But wasn't, was told there giving out a bag with water a fruit cup and something else (forgot) told lady wish the website was more to the point on what's open and what there giving out. But was told that's why I should of call and ask!!! Never will I stay here The beds where comfortable.
