Wife's food was so salty she couldn't eat it, plus she ordered veal saltimbuca and got a salty marsala, when we tried to reorder the waitress brought the same thing again, very disappointed for the amount of money for we payed

The ambience, food and service at the table were exquisite. I would give it a five star except that the hostess at the front was extremely rude. We had a reservation at eight and we waited till 820 by the bar for the table. I went to ask the hostess politely if our table was ready. She said I’m busy with this other lady. You have to settle your tab at the bar. Come and wait over there and I’ll call you. Rude!

Don Carano would be turning in his grave to see what has happened to La Starda! Famous mushroom ravioli were sitting in a little bit of watery flavorless sauce, filling sub standard! Asked for pasta with the salmon was told could only substitute curly pasta for an extra cost, spaghetti isn't an option unless I bought a full spaghetti entree! Fresh? Spinach cooked with chili flakes! Garlic bread warm cheese breadsticks stale! It is so sad what has happened to the Eldorado in whole it is filthy and needs a lot of maintenance!

For about 2030 minutes of our beautiful dinner, there was an adjacent room to the main dining room room that was blasting out a private party on a speaker and microphone. It sounded like we were in the middle of a wedding party and people were talking and sharing. We asked the nature deal what was going on and they said the owners were having a private party. The entire dining room room had to listen to this. It was very distressing, so loud and so disappointing.
Please don’t come here they will have you waiting a long time the hostess was very rude. The food was not worth the money. It was my birthday which I noted on open table but they didn’t sing for me. I think they need better organization skills.
We got sat 45 minutes after our reservation. Our food was greasy and tasted off. I requested champagne brought to the table a toast for my Fiancées birthday and the server didn’t know. They didn’t make it a surprise at all, even after I pulled the server aside to explain what my request was. Even though we have reservations. We waited for 45 minutes before we were seated even though the restaurant have plenty of empty tables.
