Having dined here before, we found the consistency to be a little off. Previous experience was outstanding. This time found the food to be too salty.
Seated promptly, but waited a little long for drinks to arrive at the table, then almost 30 mins for the waiter to come back and take an order. He did come back 2X, but each time said I will be right back. We had to leave. They did comp the drink, but I was highly disappointed. Was in town from Ohio and wanted to have a special dinner with my wife of 31 years. Ended up at the "brewpub" that had fast service and good food down the way. Do better!- don't overload your staff to where they cannot manage their tables. This was a ... read more

Pasta was undercooked and flavorless. What “Italian” restaurant can’t cook spaghetti properly? The free bread is good. The place reeks of cigarette smoke. Reservations are meaningless because you’ll have to wait a long time to be seated at your table even when you arrive on time. Don’t waste your money at this place.
Business response:
We are sorry to hear about the undercooked pasta and wait times. Your feedback is invaluable to us.
Very disappointed I. La Strada has always been a pleasant experience however I haven’t been in 8years or so. I strongly suggest the team try’s the food- it’s not good. Not anymore. It reminded me of cuisine 80+years old would enjoy because they don’t know any better. Lacking in flavor. Soft- mushy. Needs to elevate. The place is nice- almost elegant, but now… the music- ugh! It’s like they’re playing a loop of movie soundtracks… not all Italian…. And I heard the Godfather theme 3 times in an hour. Need to do better.
Left us alone in the beginning for way too long and when he finally came, we were rushed to order right away with out a greeting and rushed to pay the bill as well. The busser kept bringing us the wrong drinks and food and would get upset each time when it was for the table next to us. Overall, I was very disappointed..
Food was mediocre

The food was awful…..I ate there on a Monday, so that may have been a factor but I can’t recommend this restaurant
We have been coming to lastrada for many years. It was my husbands 50th birthday dinner and I put that in the reservation notes and nothing was said. We had one appetizer, each had a salad and split and entree and it was very expensive for what we got and the quality of the food was not great. We had the pancetta wrapped shrimp that was 24 dollars and they were very dry and bland. The salads were good but overpriced for what you get and we split the scallop risotto which was ok but we paid 45 dollars for 4 scallops total. Th... read more
