It seems like this restaurant is staffed by high school students from check in at the podium to the bar to the service. The food was so disappointing. One diners dish looked like a pile of melted plastic, the others was a plate of salty, packaged brown sauce and mine was a bowl of bland orecchiette. The server ultimately removed two of the dishes off the tab - that’s how bad it was. Super noisy kitchen and back area. Would suggest staying away from the restaurant if you have a chance. Very disappointing experience.

Was expecting more from this restaurant. Food was cold and flavorless. It wasn't very busy and yet the staff was slow and forgot drink orders. Server was pleasant though and tried their best. Definitely would not return.
27 degrees outside. And in the restaurant, they had a/c blasting. People, including ourselves were moving to get away from a vent several times. Even our waiter had long johns on. Really made it a undesirable place to dine. I rarely get cold, but I went back to the room to put on a long sleeve shirt. Was glad when the meal was finished to get out of there.

Terrible customer service. Starting with the 2 ladies who greeted us and including our waiter, just terrible and somewhat rude. All had a bit of an attitude. Prices were absolutely ridiculous. A Lemon Drop martini for $22?! An extra charge of $5 for a little extra sauce?! Not willing to sub risotto for polenta?! We will never go back!

I read a review prior to booking saying service was bad. We did book, we arrived early and elected to take a seating at the bar area. The table was quickly cleaned, but that is where any sense of customer service ended. Staff were all pleasant, but any request was responded to slowly and required multiple requests, water, a wine list, a refill of water. When our meal arrived, no cutlery or napkins were provided, and one meal was incorrect, adding additional wait time. Very disappointing experience.
We arrived on time for our reservation. It was unclear if table was ready and they told us to wait in the bar so we waited and table was ready and we sat for about 20 minutes no service no hello no I’ll be right with you, etc. my dining partner Became frustrated and was looking for the server and then decided we were going to eat in the bar. We went here last year for Thanksgiving and had a delicious meal, so decided to bring my family here again. The service was awful...had to ask for the table to be cleared, water to be refilled no drinks were refreshed. The portions on the pasta were half the size of last year. I understand there's inflation but come on, pasta is the cheapest thing to make! It was extremely disappointing, another restaurant off the list. We will NOT be returning.
This was definitely not worth the money that we paid. The food was o k but definitely not plentiful, we got small portions. The small side salad which amounted to just greens, three cherry tomatoes, and dressing was ten dollars. Two scoops of Gelato was $11! $250 for four people and it was NOT a value at all. The plate of fettuccine was very small. I won't be back.

I changed my 730pm reservation on OpenTable 24 hours ahead from 5 guests to 7. The site advised they could accomodate the larger party at 830pm. I accepted that. When we arrived at 830, the restaurant manager at La Strada said she could not find my reservation, and showed me as a no show. Very embarrassing for me with my guests. She was rude as well
