It was my birthday had a great stay! Upgraded! Only thing was it looked like we got a king size bed on a queen frame? Still comfortable, your staff work hard and we appreciated accommodations.

Business response:

Thank you so much Mikala for letting us know about your positive experience and that room peculiar bed frame, we'll look into it. have great day and we hope to see you again soon. :)

It was ok. Extra deposit. Too many rules. No one at the checkin desk - had to go all the way across adjoining hotel/casino to get checked in I never made it to the casino of my hotel because of that. It was clean.

Business response:

Hello Heather, thanks for taking the time to let us know how we're doing. Sorry for the walk to the Isle front desk, but due to Covid we've been a bit short on front desk clerks so we've had to adjust our staffing and check in Lady Luck reservations at the Isle, again we do apologize and we hope to see you again soon. :)
