My boyfriend's birthday visit Oh my goodness we had the best time ever. The bed was so comfortable and the food was great The prime rib was the best steak ever....

Wonderful The water coming out of the bathroom sink was brown. We were afraid to use it!

Not really for a family The check in process was not great. We arrived at 10:10 and the 2nd floor check in desk closed at 10 so the employee closing it directed us to the casino floor for check in and said nothing about the children not being allowed in the casino. We did not know this since in Vegas and Oklahoma children can walk the “track” area of the floor to get to and from hotels. The check in desk was across the casino. We will be back. That the Isle was so nice that we did not try other places in Black Hawk. We liked the helpfulness of the staff. Manager Al was super helpful. For us he was in the right place at the right time. He helped 2 lost people find their way and gave us a special deal. One that we won't forget for a long time.
