I could not get cold water in the shower at all, had to wash my hair in the sink. No housekeeping the 3 days we were there. No one to answer the phone when we called. Very dissapointed. And we always stay there. We will be staying somewhere else next time.

The Room was extremely hot! 3 pillows on a king size bed! Extra fees once we checked!

The lady at the front desk was very rude when we went to check in. The room next to us had a dog that barked all night

We got put in a room that smelled like poop asked 3 different times for it to be fixed before we finally checked out and now we are having to call multiple people to get our money back i used to like staying at the ladyluck and horeshoe hotels because the prices but now we will never stay there again

The room is stuck at 80 degrees. It’s hard to breathe in the room, the window opens a couple of inches & the AC unit does not work at all. Terrible.
