Had to self check-in which wasn't an issue, but it was 10 mins before 4pm and the hotel required me to pay $10 extra. With no attendant and no way to check bags, my options were to pay the fee and check in or sit around and wait for someone eventually to come work the front desk. Poor service especially when people specifically come to your hotel/casino to give you more money.

I was never told beforehand that room was not going to be cleaned or serviced on a regular basis. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday at 11am. Not once was room serviced. We ran out of shampoo, towels, safe did not work and neither did hair dryer. I notified front desk about safe and hair dryer and nothing was done about it. We requested extra pillows and they were delivered to the wrong room. We received them the following day. Unsatisfied should’ve got speak with manager Up until this stay I have had no problems this time it took a good hour and half to two to get to the room because was put on 6th floor and have always used elevators behind Lady Luck chech in from there we could get to 6th floor only parking called front desk even went back called again they told me there was no 2nd I told them there was a 2 at the elevators I was at they kept telling me him 6 I told them several times there was only a p6 got hung up on finally we just tried til ... read more

Disgusting I liked the room but the used toiletries were very disgusting.

The room had “AC” but with the fan option turned on and set to the coldest setting, felt like there was no air and 75 degrees. Was so uncomfortable opted to drive home 1.5 hours at 6 AM bc we could not sleep in those conditions.
