Terrible stay Terrible stay. Had an issue with a couple in the room next door. Couple was fighting and screaming in the middle of the night - 1am. They were getting louder. Could hear slapping of someone. Multiple calls from multiple guests but guest services did nothing. I ended up calling the cops. Guy was arrested. Guest services would not do anything about my stay cause I used hotels.com to book the room. Couldn’t even speak to a manager.

Promised Accommodations were not kept. Not so friendly staff

There are more accommodating casinos As a traveler with only a gambling agenda, this might be the place for you. However, there is nothing for children (no pool, no arcades, no activities). To get from the hotel to the restaurants those under 21 have to walk outside to walk around the casino to access the restaurants (in our case in a blizzard). Also any alcoholic drinks were served out of cans, not mixed on site and the selection was limited.

The room smelled of fireball and smoke. And the elevator and quit the whole entire time all night long!

Not so pleasant Beds were very uncomfortable, rooms could not get to warm temp freezing all night. Had to go so far to check in and to check out.

Lady luck hotel check in is done at Isle of Capri. I paid $10 for early check in, only 20 mins early which was fine i wanted in the room to get situated. I was given the keys after paying the fee then drove from isle of capri to lady luck to get to our room on the 9th floor. Once we got up there the keys didnt work for the room. So we had to walk all the way back to the Isle to get new keys 15 min walk. Then 15 min walk back to finally get into our room.
