Not the greatest… The front desk was closed and both kiosks were out of service for both check in and check out, had to walk all across the casino floor to the other hotel to check in. Room was clean but the sink and shower would not drain at all.

Love this hotel I always stay here when visiting Black Hawk. The price is fair and the hotel is very nice. However, my sister left two dresses after we checked out and the hotel states they were not turned in.

its the cheapest place to stay for a reason. check in out kiosk not functioning no one there to check you in or out. eventually a person showed up. parking was easy. Room was clean and stocked. So they must have cleaning staff.
