This is the place to go when you need one of those weird LED or Halogen Light bulbs that costs a fortune. These are the ones where you have to use surgical gloves, or a tissue to change them, so your body heat doesn't destroy the elements. I found a lamp online at Lamps Plus but actually went into the store since it showed in-stock. Unfortunately there were none in the store so had to order it anyway. When the lamp arrived the shade was broken so I took it back to the store for a return/refund. The sad thing is that I was charged a restocking fee of $5.00. Does that even make sense?!?! I really don't plan to shop there again.

There is so much competition that there is no need to go to a place that does not value their customers and are unreasonable. On 2/1/19, my mother and I went in and found a chandelier we liked, but I wanted to think on it a day or two longer because I was looking at another one online. I love Lamps Plus's selection, however service I personally received left much to be desired. Went to the Colorado BLVD location to buy two outside lights and a lamp and we weren't acknowledged once in 45 minutes. I watched people around me, literally within arms reach of me being greeted and helped - we never were and left. Sad.

This place has sooo many neat home decor items, majority of it exactly my style. If I ever redid a bathroom or any fixtures in my home I could see myself getting alot of items here. Id have a challenge picking light fixtures or lamps because they were all so sexy! With that said I would have a hard time giving this place my money. Waited near the register for about 15 min, had a purchase in hand. Not one associate acknowledged me, not to say they'd be right w me after finishing Helping other customers, not even to ask if I needed anything earlier as I browsed the floor. Anyway, not impressed w customer service here, ended up putting my purchase down and leaving. Too bad. Won't be back.

Oh my god these guys don't have the basics of customer service. A lady and I waited and waited for a cashier, no one ever came. The staff actively ignored us dodging our glances. Truly stupid if not juvenile. I mean all you have to do is say something like " I'm sorry for your wait somebody will be with you shortly ."

I went here about a week ago to pick up a few light bulbs and order additional lighting for my place. I walked around for about 5 minutes before I had to find someone to help with my needs. I luckily got to speak with the assistant manager, Eric Fairchild which I thought was great. I brought everything I needed and let him know I need these exact light bulbs and simply wanted to order more lighting for a wire piece in my place. Not the Brightest Bulb in the Pack Geez, just went in to get some replacement bulbs for my track lighting. Walked around like a chicken with its head cut off looking for some help. Never got it. One employee just looked at me while she read a magazine. I was out of there!!
