So I have been back to this location and have been so happy with the change in experience. I was asked by 4 different people if I needed help. They were so friendly and helpful. Looks like management has made a huge difference at this store! My old review was one star below: This was my second visit to this store because I thought my first horrible visit was just an off day. I had a good experience with this store and the Sales Representative Patrick Magreevy. I bought some bar chairs that were on sale, and Patrick did a find job helping complete the transaction. I sent him an email the next day asking about a part for an existing light fixture, and he responded the same day that he would work with the manufacturer to see if he could get the part I needed. Overall, a very good experience.

I spoke with Patrick Magreevy regarding my kitchen lighting project. Patrick was very kind, courteous and very professional. I showed him a picture of the area that I wanted to add a light fixture and he suggested track lighting. I gave him the dimensions and we purchased the Pro Track with LED lighting. A wonderful product, we don't need an electrician to install it. It is a consumer friendly installation and we were very pleased the price. Over years I have shopped Lamps Plus many times and had great experiences there. Always someone around to ask if I need help. Sure, their fixtures may seem expensive but quality fixtures are expensive no matter where one shops. I have shopped the "Box" stores until I am blue in the face, but always found things that were not up to par--prices may be good, but quality suffers.

I went in yesterday and got great service again. I was very happy to see that Mark was working, cause he helped me last time I was in there. I explained to him what I was looking for, and he took me right to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and is very knowledgeable about lighting, which is a great thing when trying to decide on a light. I could tell they were busy, but he didn't let it take away from the excellent service he gave me and had a smile on his face the whole time. I really appreciate the great service ... read more

This location is just OK. It's a fairly small store with too much tacky stuff packed in and not enough of the nicer fixtures you can find online. Regardless, we did find some fixtures we liked. They were on sale, we bought them, and they were shipped to our house for free. The guy who helped us was nice and tried hard, but he was new so our transaction look longer than it probably should have. I'm not dinging him or the store for that. We just moved from California and was ecstatic when we found this Lamps Plus. It was a little far but worth the drive. I was looking for a items for a new house and had some questions. I ran into Alex, one of the salesmen there, and he proceeded to help my husband and with questions about ceiling fans. Several years ago I purchased a lamp from another store and I needed about 6 inches of chain that would swag it to a beam. I looked at several other places, The Blue store, The Orange store and even the place with the Helpful Hardware Man. None had the right size and color to match what I had existing. Suddenly I remembered Lamps Plus. I guess this falls into the plus category of their service. They had what I needed.
